Starting?

First time Jazzerciser or just getting back to class after a break? Today is a great day to start! Here is what you need to know:

Arrive 10-15 minutes PRIOR to ANY class, dressed to move. Wear comfortable clothing (workout pants, capris, t-shirt or workout top) and wear supportive workout shoes (e.g., cross trainers). Bring a towel for sweat and a water bottle. Hand weights are optional to use during the strength training portion of class and are encouraged. We recommend ~3 pound weights to start.

Why not invite a friend or two to join you? Statistics prove that having a buddy to workout with will help you keep your fitness commitment. At Jazzercise, we are all about FITNESS, FRIENDSHIP & FUN....and fitting into your jeans!

Choose your class, any days or times. Our class passes are for unlimited classes (except for the walk-in pass, which is for one class only). Just show up, dance and get a FUN, full body workout. There is no long term commitment or contract to sign. See the Pricing link for our passes.

Take class at your own pace. If you want low impact, you do not have to hop, skip or jump. Just walk or march through the moves. If you want a higher intensity workout, you can do that, too. Each class will feel more and more comfortable as you get used to the moves and the cueing. We cater to all fitness levels, ages, shapes and sizes. You will feel very comfortable in our classes.

Still not sure? Drop in and watch a class. We welcome your visit at any class - anytime. Please check the class schedule, and arrive a few minutes prior to the start time. We are at our facility approx. 20 minutes prior to every class.
